Derek Wolfe with AG Gregoroff
When AG grew up in San Diego, he describes being a teenager when a corrupt group of police officers ran the show, and his family experienced a SWAT raid at his uncle’s house where later-proven planted evidence led to charges, and, on the advice of his lawyer, he plead guilty and was sentenced to prison. He spent nearly two years there before having his record cleared due to more investigation into the corruption that led to his arrest.
AG recounts his career in contracted work for the military, learning from his time with military professionals and leadership. Growing through the ranks in a local Apple store, he was eventually offered a managerial leadership position at the largest Apple Store in Las Vegas.
AG led his team to improve customer service and skyrocket sales by utilizing technology and focusing on performance over everything.
Through jiujitsu and more, AG has continued to make professional connections to increase and improve the reach of Toehold.
Toehold: US-Made Flip-Flops (not sandals)
AG’s goal for Toehold is for the company to outlive him while creating the best flip-flop in the world.

Gender and Sports
Derek, AG, and Lane discuss the symbiotic relationship we have with the news and how that affects our conversations and beliefs regarding gender identity. When it comes to sports participation, both AG and Derek agree there needs to be more regulations.
The Best Gear for Bowhunting in the United States
AG and Derek discuss the benefits of Hoyt Archery bows, the different setups available for different needs, and how Derek needs to use a bow with a much longer draw.
A Surprise Love Story
At the end of the episode, Derek shares the story of meeting Abbie, now his wife, during a Super Bowl celebration in Las Vegas. The rest is history!
